Our Candles are made to order. Therefore, please allow up to 1-2 days for processing 5-10 business days for delivery within Canada, and 7-14 days within the US. Longer shipping times may occur during the Christmas season.

Damages and issues

• Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned back to us.

• THREE LINES handles their packing process with love and care, however, we ask you to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
